While fish try to enjoy a boat ride on a quiet evening, hungry pirates raid their community with impunity.
At least I’m eating healthier.

Sushi.. yum..
There’s a place like that not to far from me, in Chapel Hill. It’s easy to pick up everything that goes by you
I thought it would have been cool if you put your camera on the tray, and let it go all the way around.. but I guess that would be a little risky, considering someone could grab it and walk away… it was a thoght though..
I see the maritime industry has come a long way…
Hahaha, what a crazy concept. Food corrals. I can believe fights didn’t break out. I’m pretty sure I would be laughing internally the entire night. Might have to try it when I come in for Vloggerocn.
Hi Jay:
What is the name of the resturant. My daughter would love the little boats. And here is a tip, if you eat meat, look for a shabu shabu house in SF. I ate in one in LA, but I’ll bet you have one. It’s like Japannese meat fondu soup, really good.
Rob
Hey here is a video responce.
http://mrmultiple2.blogspot.com/2006/05/video-responce-to-jay-dedman-video.html
it’s in Mpg form, I don”t know why it asks to download and not stream.
That video made me hungry for edemame!
OMG i can’t believe you posted this…
i’m kidding
that was funny because it was how i started my other comment to you in the other video.
i loved this night.
even though we couldn’t get into the SF film festival, we had a nice, expensive, raw fish dinner.
FUCK THE OYSTERS THOUGH.
they were gross-ish.
to the max
That is sooo cool! It reminds me of Mr. Rogers too.
Ooh, that looked So tasty! I absolutely love sushi, but it is darned expensive. Speaking of which – I think part of the problem of unhealthy lifestyles in the US and elsewhere is linked with the fact that unhealthy food is either just so much ‘cheaper’, or available, that in many ways it just becomes so much easier to go to that McD or similar junk food vendor.
My little challenge to you is to try film your experience with some very healthy food from a restaurant in your area, which costs equal to the Mc Donald’s.
Why should healthy food be that much more expensive than unhealthy food? Is it because the healthy food is made in so little quota that the economics of scale just doesn’t kick in? Add these issues to the fact that unhealthy food is what is being advertised for all the time, and it starts to become understandable that so many of us are having this unhealthy lifestyle.
See you at Vloggercon!
oh, i think i know this place….near union square? on Grant? or maybe just all sushi boat places look alike.
well, i can’t wait to come out for vloggercon to get some proper west coast raw fish. yum.
The long-term effects of eating raw fish caught in the polluted
waters of this world have yet to be discerned. What makes
everyone think sushi is “healthy eating”? The concept that sushi is healthy is a marketing scheme like fortune cookies or karaoke.
The video is very interesting, however.
Sweet,
when I worked in San Francisco I went there with my boss from the photo studio. Have you heard of Ets-Hokin Studios? Japan town is such a trip!
When I come to San Fran can we go the the fish boat rides? Cool!
Would you believe that Jen (from Ebb & Flow) and I ended up there and I just NOW am watching this?! I swear, we ate there during VloggerCon weekend after we went to the bathhouse next door. Good lord…guess there’s no reason to post my footage now. Ha!
