During the wifi conference, we stopped to have tea every couple hours. During one of these breaks, our friend Tracy had some spontaneous fun with the local Tibetan kids using her Canon Powershot and laptop. Just another example of how kids in whatever culture understand technology is just a game to play with. The wonder.

This week we’re helping set up a videoblogging work station in their computer lab where they’lll have their own Mac, camcorder, and internet line. More on that soon.

so cool! I just love it. I would love to see the kids videos too. Will they be online? I hope they will. Longevity, latitude and magnitude to videoblogging!

  3. Oh wow, this is so great. The expressions on their faces tell it all. Capturing and sharing a slice of life from one perspective can be so powerful. What a trip. Thanks for sharing it.

Great joining a camera with kids view of the world. It reminds me of a great movie — “Born into Brothels”.
