VIDEO: Caterpillars is a weird word.

Tomorrow we have a new US President.
Tonight is my next video for VloMo08 where you post a video a day for the month of November.

Every spring, tent caterpillars infest the trees where I live. They especially seem to love apple trees where they can eat all the leaves off a tree in under a week. Neighbors say the best thing to do is pick them off and put them in a bucket of vinegar. One day, I didn't have any vinegar. No surprises here.

So here I was watching this and I wondered aloud “why does Jay have a bunch of tent caterpillars in a toilet bowl when he wrote that the best thing was to put them in a bucket of vinegar. Toilet bowl full of vinegar? Nope……

I’m sure I’m going to go down the pan like that one day (but then again maybe I already have). I hope I flush out somewhere nice.
I fell at the first hurdle on VloMo, I’m afraid. But I may jump in at some point. Great that Moment Showing is moment showing. An inspiration.

OK…..I have to ask, why was there toilet paper in there as well….2 birds with one stone, perhaps?

  4. Cheryl says:

You put them in piss? Oy oy oy. Well, if you can be full of piss *and* vinegar, I guess you can use one or the other.

  5. iConJohn says:

Cheryl, I’ll go one step further and would have pissed on them. Shame on you Jay for flushing them in a fresh bowl of toilet water. I thought you were so green.
